Sherry Taylor is Associate Professor of Language, Literacy and Culturally Responsive Teaching at the University of Colorado, Denver, where she teaches Language Development & Acquisition, and Multicultural Education.
Her research interests include culturally responsive practices that meet the diverse needs of learners in multicultural,
multilingual, and inclusive classrooms.
Sherry’s teaching experiences span U.S. public schools in bilingual and ESL programs (K-12), preschool and adult education in Central Mexico, and intensive English programs and higher
education in Ohio and Colorado.
