Care for yourself by enrolling in this new four-session, lunch-and-learn program designed to help you take those first steps toward wellness. We’ll explore ways to lose weight, meet work-life balance challenges, boost energy, and enhance flexibility and strength as you age. .

Included in each class is a healthy lunch from Elements Bistro, class materials, wellness resources and readings. You’ll earn additional wellness items to support your journey as you progress through the four-session series. Continue the discussion and exploration with classmates through the online Blackboard class resources. .

Journey to Wellness Program Fee: $199 (Includes lunch, instruction, all materials and online resources.) Fees for this non-credit program are covered by Staff Development Benefits for eligible CSU employees.
