Models of intervention will cover primary, secondary, and tertiary levels of intervention. Primary intervention takes the form of preventive measures, while secondary intervention involves steps for addressing high-risk situations, and tertiary intervention consists of crisis response after a situation has occurred. Students will have the opportunity to conduct their own assessments, and also to do an analysis or autopsy of documented violence situations in order to enhance their skill in designing sound prevention and response protocols.

CEL 633 - Organizational Leadership Survey. During this course, students will be oriented to the Master of Education with a Specialization in Organizational Leadership.
