Reading First Ohio Center (RFOC) The primary goal of the center is to help K-3 teachers acquire the knowledge and skills they need to provide effective reading instruction. Greater Cleveland Educational Development Center The Greater Cleveland Educational Development Center (GCEDC) is a consortium of area school districts, educational agencies and the Cleveland State University College of Education and Human Services brought together to exchange ideas, discuss common concerns, and consolidate resources. |
