Cleveland State University's College of Education and Human Services offers a Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D.) in Urban Education designed to prepare persons to apply current research and knowledge to the problems of education in contemporary urban society. Concepts from education, urban policy planning, law, economics, psychology, public administration, sociology, political science, and organizational development establish the framework within which learning and learning environments are examined.
