Welcome to the Gifted Education graduate program here at Cleveland State University. We offer an endorsement program for licensure as a gifted intervention specialist as well as a Curriculum and Foundations Master's degree with an emphasis on gifted education that includes the license. Our two basic introductory courses EGT 512 (exploring the nature and needs of gifted students) and EGT513 (curriculum, instruction and assessment for gifted and talented students) will be of value and useful to any educator since most gifted students spend most of their time in general education classrooms. Counselors as well as administrators ( either at the building or the central office level) will find these courses useful professional development or as electives in other graduate programs.
