Gifted Education Graduate Program

Welcome to the Gifted Education graduate program at Cleveland State University. We offer an endorsement program as a gifted intervention specialist as well as a Curriculum and Foundations Master's degree with an emphasis on gifted education that includes the endorsement. Our two basic introductory courses EGT 512 (exploring the nature and needs of gifted students) and EGT513 (curriculum, instruction and assessment for gifted and talented students) will be of value and use to any educator since most gifted students spend a majority of their time in general education classrooms. Counselors as well as administrators (either at the building or the central office level) will find these courses useful as professional development or as electives in other graduate programs.
