The Fitness for Life Program promotes healthy attitudes and practices by providing:
- individual exercise recommendations based on an evaluation of your physical fitness
- safe, supervised, group exercise geared to your physical capacities
- access to facilities and equipment in the Physical Education Building
- guidance to help you improve and maintain your physical condition and weight
- instruction to help prevent exercise injuries
- a structure for tracking your exercise participation and achievements
- an informative newsletter and Blackboard online resources
The Fitness for Life Program provides numerous benefits. If you participate you can expect to

- Improve your health and reduce your risk of cardiovascular disease
