Administration and Supervision
Principal's License
Candidates for a Principal’s License must hold a master’s degree in School Administration (or completed comparable coursework to CSU’s M.Ed Programs) and complete two years of successful teaching under a professional license at the age levels for which the principal licensure is sought.
- Candidates must also complete a State Board of Education Examination, an entry-level program, and other requirements that the State of Ohio may require.
- Administration Practicum: The Practicum provides the student with on-the-job administrative experiences that will help to prepare them for their first principalship. Note that ADM 614 is a prerequisite for the practicum.
