Cords, Kettles and Caribbean
In this non-threatening, beginner-level class, you'll discover new ways to improve your cardiovascular endurance, muscle conditioning and strength. Instructor Davon Jones will show you ways to use steps, kettlebells, and resistance cords for a cardio, strength and core interval workout.
These six mini-workout sessions will help you learn techniques and get motivated to do more. Come have a great time, meet new people and take the next steps to wellness –all while listening to the smooth sounds of Caribbean music!
Bring a friend and work out together! Please dress comfortably and wear athletic shoes.
