Requirements to be placed on the exam list.

1. Apply for graduation. Applications are located in the ESSC Office, RT 1401.
   Deadlines: Fall (April 14th), Spring (September 9th), Summer (February 1st)
2. $25 application fee.
3. Have an approved Program of Study on file in the ESSC Office.
4. Register for one graduate credit hour of course work. If all requirements
   have been completed, register for EDB 691, or EST 691, or HPR 691.
   This is a one credit hour, no credit course.
5. Speak to your faculty advisor regarding the exam itself.
