DILANI PEREA-DILTZ

Dilani Perera-Diltz, Ph.D., is an associate professor in the counseling section of Cleveland State University’s Department of Counseling, Administration, Supervision, and Adult Learning. She received her Ph.D. in Counselor Education from The University of Toledo, Ohio. She is a licensed professional clinical counselor (PCC-s, Ohio) and a licensed independent chemical dependency counselor (LICDC, Ohio). She has worked as a community mental health and substance abuse counselor since 1996 in a variety of settings. Her current research interests include substance abuse, trauma, and school counselor issues.
