She has many years experience in training and development, customer service, marketing and human resources; as a trainer, instructional developer, manager, consultant, and community leader. Prior to joining CSU in early 2008, she held a similar position at California State University Long Beach for more than seven years where she specialized in customizing training and organizational solutions for large corporate, small business, non-profit and public agency clients from around the world.
