Train the
Trainer Certificate Program
We are pleased to offer the Train the Trainer certificate program. This highly regarded program provides you with knowledge and skills in the exciting training field, and gives you the background you need to advance as a training professional.
The Train the Trainer program takes you through an introductory overview of adult learning principles, the planning and design of effective training, and a working knowledge of the evaluative process. You'll also develop skills in needs assessment and analysis, and learn how to design and use training strategies and techniques.
The certification program includes four seminar core classes and two electives, including two new advanced training skills courses.
Who Should Attend
Trainers, instructors, designers, analysts and training supervisors
who want to gain the knowledge, skills, and confidence necessary to
take their career to a professional level.
Core Classes:
- Design and Evaluate Effective Training (0.7 CEU)
- Needs Assessment and Analysis (0.7 CEU) Pre-requisite: Core Class 1
- Designing and Using Training Strategies and Techniques (0.7 CEU) Pre-requisite: Core Class 1.
- Developing an Actual Training Program (0.4 CEU) Pre-requisite: Core Class 1, 2 and 3.
