They are the glue that holds the office together and often they go unrecognized. This five-day certificate program recognizes the wide range of responsibilities that executive and administrative assistants carry out and offers classes that teach best practices in the specialty areas of these jobs..

Professional Presence
Projecting a professional presence goes beyond how you dress. It includes building the confidence that says to yourself and others: "I am important..I can make a difference." Professionals also throw away the phrase "that's not my job" and replace it with an "I can do it" attitude. This seminar will explore what professional presence is and will assist you in developing the skills and attitudes that define you as a professional.
