English as a Second Language (ESL)

ESL Group Programs

Group ESL for anyone in any occupation.

We can organize special short-term ESL programs for your group of ten or more students during the regular semesters or in the summer. All of the students will be tested for English proficiency, so that instruction can begin at the most appropriate level. However, a small group may not be broken into different levels. All participants will get a CSU id card in order to have access to CSU facilities, such as the Recreation Center, cultural and sporting events and computer labs. Groups with students under the age of 18 must provide a chaperone.

Program highlights:

  • Arrival assistance & Orientation
  • Placement Testing
  • 10 hours of ESL classes per week
  • 8 hours American Culture & Activities
  • Housing arrangements
  • Access to CSU facilities
  • Departure transportation
  • Certificates
