Bernard Becker III is accomplished with over 30 years of Emergency Service
knowledge, has earned a Master of Science degree in Executive Leadership, a
graduate of the Executive Fire Officer program, is a Chief Fire Officer
designated by the Centers for Public Safety Excellence, and is responsible for
providing quality leadership in emergency preparedness and management. Bernard
Becker III has extensive experience in continuing education, emergency
preparedness, health and safety, hazardous materials and business continuity.
The Center for Emergency Preparedness staff can assist in customizing and
conducting site-specific training related to hazardous materials, business
