
Learn to Train the Trainer.
We are pleased to offer the Train the Trainer certificate program.
This highly regarded program provides you with knowledge and skills
in the exciting training field, and gives you the background you need
to advance as a training professional.
The Train the Trainer program takes you through an introductory overview
of adult learning principles, the planning and design of effective training,
and a working knowledge of the evaluative process. You'll also develop
skills in needs assessment and analysis, and learn how to design and
use training strategies and techniques.
The certification program includes four seminar core classes and two
electives, including two new advanced training skills courses. For
