GRE Exam Topics:

  • Verbal Ability

    • antonyms
    • sentence completion
    • reading comprehension

These sections measure your ability to reason with words in solving problems. The instructor will help you increase your effective reasoning skills by showing you how to analyze meanings and relationships among words or groups of words and within larger reading passages. You learn helpful strategies for using grammatical clues, looking for logical sequences and dealing with longer reading passages.

Holistic scoring emphasis will be placed on critical thinking and analytical writing skills rather than on grammar and mechanics.
