Workshop for Advanced Trainer

Trainers who have completed a minimum of 40 hours of classroom instruction, or anyone who has completed the Train the Trainer Certificate program, have the foundation from which to build great training. If your next step is excellence in the classroom, this class will jump-start your success. Learn the art and science of exceptional training: how to connect with learners, structure training programs, even on short notice, and gain confidence you can count on. This class is active, experiential, and one you cannot afford to miss if you are a serious trainer.

The return on investment (ROI) for performance-based, learner-focused training is well documented. This three-day class will teach you how to deliver ROI for your customers.

Prerequisites: Knowledge of performance-based training concepts. Classroom training experience of at least 40 hours; willingness to present in class and be videotaped. The video is for your eyes only and is yours to keep.
