Designing and Using Training Strategies and Techniques

Successful training programs depend on matching the situation with the appropriate training strategy. Personal style, program content, and participant make-up all impact the success of any given training strategy. This workshop details the variety, structure, and principles of training strategies. You’ll practice preferred strategies.

Who Should Attend:
Anyone interested in developing or refining their repertoire of training strategies and gaining skills in selecting and implementing effective strategies. Core Class 1 is a prerequisite.
