This interactive workshop demonstrates the assessment concepts, methods and tools professional trainers need to assess and develop programs to meet their organization’s goals.  

You will learn how to:

• Identify the opportunity a training program is expected to address
• dentify performance problems and offer options to management
• Pinpoint information to focus your assessment
• Identify external factors influencing performance and results
• Determine the steps necessary to develop a functional training program
• Generate support for your training program

Who Should Attend
Anyone interested in assessing their organization’s goals to ensure the functionality of their training. Core Class 1 is a prerequisite.
