Learn to identify, value, and leverage public sector leadership skills as uniquely different from those in the private sector. Participants will see their own as well as their employees’ impact increase as they shift their focus to a service driven culture rather than one that is profit driven. Participants should bring their organization’s vision/mission statement, core values, and goals as the starting points for planning their next steps in this interactive workshop.
