Using the Enneagram Personality System to negotiate our interpersonal differences
Conflicts arise when two or more persons try to do something at the same time in ways that each perceives as wrong or inappropriate. The enneagram (“nine points”) provides a clear vocabulary and personality analysis to address these difficulties. This course will feature group dynamics designed to allow you to practice the insights in a non-threatening environment. Learn the nine problem-solving styles, how to relate to different personality types and negotiate differences and solutions, and how to resolve conflicts without compromise or giving in.
