Resource Conservation Recovery Act (RCRA)

This RCRA class will teach you how to comply with the EPA regulations and requirements. In addition, you’ll learn how to read the Code of Federal Regulations and learn where all the important sections are in the regulations. The course will discuss the differences between “Satellite Accumulation” and 90-day storage requirements. You’ll learn the different ways that a waste can become hazardous and what those different letter codes mean.
