Crisis communications is critical for your company’s reputation management. Learn how what you say and what you do not say during a crisis can cause irreparable damage. This valuable session will focus on preparing a crisis communications plan, evaluating adequacy of present plans and training key associates in your organization for a unified response. You will also learn how to establish internal and external relationships with various media outlets and useful techniques on how to go on the offense when crises occur.
