Personnel and Facility Security

This course identifies employers’ responsibility to provide a safe and secure workplace and details the techniques and procedures companies should use to develop facility security policies.  These policies include employee and vendor screening; recognition and response to workplace violence, including conduct of at-risk terminations; proprietary information protection; vulnerability assessments; creation and training of crisis teams; employee training; access control; visitor control; and mail and package handling.
