24 Hour Basic Hazardous Materials Technician Training

Does your facility have hazardous waste materials, or has it been classified as a hazardous waste site?  Does your job require a HAZWOPER certificate? If so, this course will allow you or your employees to fulfill the requirements for certification under 29 CFR, Part 1910.120. The training is a blend of classroom and practical exercises.  Students gain realistic, hands‑on experience through participation in simulated emergency response drills, including metering, monitoring, containment, decontamination, and role-playing in the Incident Command System (ICS). Successful completion of the course will require both classroom and practical participation.

Who Should Attend: All workers and supervisors who work in a facility that uses hazardous materials and may be required to respond to a release or accident, including industrial spill response team members, private and public hazmat team members, plant safety personnel, supervisory personnel, and hazardous waste site workers.
