Word: Macros, Templates and Forms

Learn how to save time by creating templates to standardize documents, and forms that other users can fill in. Learn how to record macros to automate tasks in Microsoft Office Word 2007. Run your macros with ease by assigning keyboard shortcuts and buttons to the Quick Access toolbar. Use the VBA Editor window to make simple edits to VBA code.

Prerequisite: Students should know the basics of Microsoft Word such as, opening, saving, editing, formatting, and printing documents.

You'll learn to:

1) Record, run and edit Macros.
2) Create, save, use and edit Document Templates.
3) Create a Fill-in Form.
4) Use the Developer Tab.
5) Protect the Form.
