The ability to manage multiple projects and balance resources can be quite challenging. In this course students will learn how to prioritize workloads for effective management of multiple projects.  Students will utilize key tools and techniques for optimum performance in a changing environment, as well as learn core fundamentals in program management. Course work is tailored to meet the needs of experienced project managers who manage multiple projects and project managers with dual responsibility in managing a project as well as managing a functional role within an organization.
