Project Planning

One of the most underestimated processes in project management is planning. Primarily, projects tend to fail due to the lack of adequate and skillful planning.  In contrast, careful planning at project initiation is crucial for a successful project outcome. This course is focused on the planning process phase within project management. It is designed to provide a working business knowledge of the Planning Process and its fit and importance to Project Management. Students will learn key principles and tools required within the planning phase for the successful completion of projects. The course will utilize various methods of instruction; including classroom lectures, case studies, class exercises and group assignments.
