Word: Intermediate

Tap into the real power of Microsoft Word 2007. Learn advanced features and functions of Word including creating styles, formatting tables, working with sections and columns, inserting graphics, creating templates, and building blocks. Document revision capabilities are demonstrated. You’ll get easy setup guidelines for working with envelopes and labels too.

Prerequisites: Word 2007: Introduction or equivalent knowledge.

By the end of the day, participants will be able to:

  • Create and modify styles to format text.
  • Create and format sections in a document, create multiple columns.
  • Work with table formatting and table styles.
  • Print single envelopes and labels.
  • Create and modify templates and building blocks.
  • Add graphics using diagrams and drawing tools.
  • Manage document revisions by tracking changes while editing.
  • Save documents as web pages and add hyperlinks.
