
Thomas J. Schloemer is a Lieutenant/Paramedic with the City of Cleveland Fire Department, a position he has held since 1993. He teaches Fire, Rescue, and EMS classes at Cleveland Fire Department Fire Training Academy. He has a B.S. from Bowling Green State University (1987) in Comprehensive Science and an M.P.A. from Cleveland State University (2006) with an emphasis in Public Safety Management. He has also been an Environmental Monitoring Technician with Parsons Engineering Science (1991- 1999) and an adjunct instructor at the Ohio Fire Academy, where he teaches Structural Collapse Operations classes. He has been a Cleveland State instructor with the Center for Emergency Preparedness since 2005.
