Cynthia Pierce is a Project Manager and Industrial Engineer. In addition to her role as Project Management Consultant, Cynthia teaches Continuing Education classes in Project Management and Project Planning at Cleveland State University. She holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Industrial Engineering from North Carolina A & T State University and a Master's degree in Business Administration from Baldwin-Wallace College. She began her professional career at Nortel Networks in Research Triangle Park, North Carolina and continued her profession as Engineer and Project Manager within the telecommunications industry.
Throughout her career, Cynthia has contributed to the development of corporate divisional operations as a consultative resource for industry best practices. Her contribution has been in various roles as Engineer, Consultant, Project Manager, Facilitator and Marketing Manager. Furthermore, she has (15) years of progressive management experience in various functional areas.
