Mary Ann Pacelli is currently a Senior Account Manager at MAGNET, Inc. where she has coordinated efforts for new business development and the delivery of training and consulting services to area manufacturers designed to improve performance of those organizations. Ms. Pacelli’s experience in workforce development in the Northeast Ohio area comes as a result of working for Cuyahoga Community College’s Corporate Services Division, and the Council for Adult and Experiential Learning (CAEL), a Chicago based education and training firm Ms. Pacelli is also trained to lead Lean Kaizen events.

Her education includes a BS/BA, Marketing, from John Carroll University and a Master degree, Education in Adult Learning and Development, from Cleveland State University.
