
Patrick H. O'Leary is a management consultant and co-author of the first text on the 9-facet personality system, called the Enneagram (“any-a-gram”) (The Enneagram: A Journey of Self-Discovery, 1984, published in eight languages, ISBN 0-87193-214-8). Since 1971 he has been researching and teaching personality theory to organizations and businesses worldwide. He has been teaching at CSU since 1994.
O’Leary earned masters degrees in environmental biology from the University of Michigan and in theology/psychology from Loyola University Chicago.
O’Leary and his hospice-director-wife live in Strongsville. They have five grown children and four grandchildren under 11. Patrick is an experienced mountaineer and Scout leader and enjoys cross country skiing and photography.
