Jackie Mueckenheim

Jacqueline Mueckenheim, owner and senior consultant for North Coast IT Group’s Professional Development Division, has over 17 years experience in developing, designing, and leading courses and workshops for corporate, nonprofit, and academic groups. Having developed an extensive background in professional communications, technical writing, staff relations, management and employee development, and consulting, Jackie works with clients to improve organizational performance by developing core communication and relationship-building skills among their staff members and with their customers. She holds a B.A. in English from Wayne State University in Detroit, MI.
