
Claire Scott Miller, M.Ed.
Claire A. Scott Miller has been a career and human resource consultant for over 20 years. Her consulting and training expertise has successfully assisted corporations and organizations in maximizing the effectiveness of their human resources. Clients have included professional service firms, Fortune 500 companies, banks, hospitals, and government agencies across the United States, Canada, Europe, and the Middle East. Ms. Miller was selected to be part of a pilot model program on Customer Service Skills training for the nationally recognized Greater Cleveland Growth Association’s Workforce Initiative and a High Performance Leadership Program for high growth companies. Ms. Miller is an outstanding workshop facilitator and speaker. She has been featured at national and international meetings and conferences.
She has been featured in articles by United Press International, Computer Decision Magazine, American Bank Women Journal, and The Cleveland Plain Dealer and has beenheard on radio and appeared on television. She teaches professional development courses in administrative and business skills, communication skills, human resource management, and leadership and team development. She holds a B.A. from Denison University and an M.Ed. from Bowling Green State University, and has done continuing education coursework at Harvard and Radcliff and advanced training from the National Association of Business Coaches.
