Jennie Kaffen holds her M.A. in teaching from Ursuline College and graduate credits in TESOL from Cleveland State University. In addition, she has a B.A. in History and Spanish from the College of Wooster. Her first experience teaching English was in Spain, where she taught for two years after college. She has taught ESL to adults in Cleveland since January 2002. She joined the IELP team at CSU in 2006 and has since taught various skills at different levels.
