Jack Juchnowski earned both his B.A. (Psychology) and MA (Industrial Psychology) at Cleveland State University. He has served as a union steward, lab technician and chemist, human resources consultant, and industrial psychologist. He has conducted more than 5,000 pre-employment and developmental assessments for clients.

Jack is the author of the book Know Yourself, Coworkers and Your Organization which explores the Holland theory of six personality types, management styles, and work environments. He teaches a class at CSU based on his book.
