Jahnel holds a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering along with certificates in IT Project Management and Risk Management from Georgia Tech. She is a member of the Project Management Institute (PMI). Jahnel is a Certified Business Analysis Professionals (CBAP) in the world. She is a member of the International Institute of Business Analysis (IIBA) and Vice President of Education for the Cleveland chapter of the IIBA.
