Included have been regional and facility plan development for all locations and Table Top validation for over 60 countries with over 400 participants on a global scale. Numerous articles on their team's success in Pandemic Planning and Hurricane related response have recently been published in local news media and can be found as a "Best Practice" on The State of Ohio's Web-site. Mr. Janko has been a speaker at international and regional conferences on a variety of Business Continuity related topics, including Selling Business Continuity Throughout Your Organization, Pandemic Planning, Crisis Communications, Emergency Management as well as Property Protection Engineering Management.

Mr. Janko has been an instructor at 2 local Universities, specializing in Business Continuity related courses. He is also a member of the Contingency Planners of Ohio, the Association of Contingency Planners and the Business Emergency Planning Association. He is actively involved in providing input in strategic direction for Title IX, the private sector voluntary preparedness standard, which is a result of the 9/11 Commission’s Recommendations.
