Linda Holzheimer graduated from Ohio Dominican University with a B.A. in Secondary English and French. From 1979 to 1996, she taught the GED and ESL for the Cleveland Heights/University Heights Board of Education and served as director of curriculum. From 1996-2004, she was department head and teacher of the ESL program at Gilmour Academy.
