Ms. Hogan’s professional background includes senior vice president positions at Key Bank in risk management, employee development and human resources. She also worked at two other banking institutions as a banking officer, relationship manager and vice president. She specialized in employee development and process improvement design and implementation. She earned her BA in Business Administration and Spanish Translation at Saint Mary-of-the-Woods College (SMWC) in Terre Haute, IN, the oldest Catholic liberal arts college for women in the United States. She received her MBA from Thunderbird, The Garvin School of Culture and Languages of International Management in Phoenix, AZ. She is bilingual; speaking both English and Spanish.
