Phyllis Hill currently works for the Defense Finance and Accounting Services (DFAS), where she has been employed since 1992. Since 1998, she has served as Safety & Occupational Health Program Manager. She has also been a Facilities Management Coordinator, Management Analysis, and Budget Assistant for DFAS Cleveland. She has completed coursework at Cleveland State University and John Carroll University in communications. Her safety and occupational health background includes the National Association of Safety Professionals Violence Prevention Specialist Course as well as numerous OSHA, Army, and Naval Occupational Safety and Health training courses. She received a certificate in Business Continuity and Emergency Planning from Cleveland State University.
