Lavern Hall, RN, MA

Lavern Hall has over 20 years in the writing and publishing business and specializes in nonfiction books from concept to print. As an award-winning editor and the publisher at Writer's World Press, she has authored three editions of Writing In Ohio: Guide to Publishers, Writers Groups, Educational Opportunities and more and contributed to several nonfiction publications. She has been a popular speaker at writers' conferences and literary events for 18 years and has taught at Cleveland State University for three years.

Lavern has been a publishing consultant with Books by Design for ten years, during which time she has assisted in the development and nurturing of numerous authors in publishing books for the trade as well as for personal enjoyment, and has guided others towards commercial publication.
