Michael J. Gaynier is a senior consultant with a focus on leadership coaching and development, cultural competence, organizational effectiveness, problem solving and strategic planning.
He was formerly with Sysco Corporation where he served in a variety of management positions, including two years as Vice President of Sales at a major distribution location. In addition, Michael served as a corporate trainer on topics including managing business relationships with key customers, creative consulting for client sales growth and stress management/work life balance for employee health and productivity. Prior to that he was a sales manager with Glamour Homes Custom Builders.
Currently affiliated with the American Red Cross, Greater Cleveland Chapter, he serves as a Disaster Action Team Leader. As a board member of the Home Repair Resource Center of Cleveland Heights, he is focused upon helping residents with a wide range of housing issues, with emphasis on community based solutions for the foreclosure crisis. He is also a public speaker and activist with the American Civil Liberties Union of Cleveland.
He has a BGS degree from the University of Michigan.
