Alvin Clar has over 30 years experience in criminal investigating and deterrence. He was a detective with the Cleveland Police Department and is currently a Special Agent with the Ohio Attorney General’s office in the Bureau of Criminal Investigation where he investigates financial crimes. He has taught at Cuyahoga Community College and the Ohio Peace Officers Training Academy. He has worked in the banking industry in asset protection. Arvin has an Associates degree in Criminal Justice and Bachelor of Science in technical Education, both from the University of Akron. Additionally he has received certification and training from the Federal Bureau of Investigation and other organizations.
