Francis Chiappa, Ph.D.

Francis Chiappa received his Ph.D. in Clinical Psychology from Case Western Reserve University in 1977.  He is President of Horizons Counseling Services, an independent group psychological practice in Parma Heights, Ohio.  He specializes in family and relationship problems, family adjustment following divorce, group and individual therapy.  An Adjunct Psychology Faculty Member at Cleveland State University since 1985, he currently teaches lifespan development and family systems intervention.
