Theresa M. Carter has been teaching Continuing Education Classes for CSU since 2004. Prior to coming to Cleveland State she began her computer training career with New Horizons Computer Learning Center in 2000. Theresa works for Broma Information Technology, a local IT firm in downtown Cleveland.

Her certifications are:

• Microsoft Certified Solution Developer (MCSD)
• Microsoft Certified Application Developer (MCAD)
• Microsoft Office Specialist Master Certification (in Microsoft Office Suite)
