Edward M. Burns Sr. has been a Hazmat and Confined Space Rescue instructor for Cleveland State since 1994. He has served as a Lieutenant in the Akron Fire Department since 1995 and joined the department as a firefighter in 1988. He has a business degree from the University of Akron. His credentials include the following:
